Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to all products across MO Living, MO Kitchen, and MO Pets.

All of our products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or colour selection.

Please review product descriptions, sizing guides, and product details carefully before placing your order.

 


 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Returned items are not required.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Items ordered in the wrong size or colour

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

As all items are produced on demand, we cannot accept returns for personal preference.

 


 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 


 

European Union Customers

Our products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods that are personalised or made to the consumer’s specifications.

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.

 


 

Important Information

Minor variations in colour, print placement, and sizing may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand production. These variations are not considered defects.
