All products sold across MO Living, MO Kitchen, and MO Pets are produced on demand and made specifically for each customer.

Because of this:

  • Products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing or colour choice is the responsibility of the customer

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in colour, print placement, and sizing may occur and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product details, descriptions, and pricing accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

All payments are securely processed through Shopify and its approved payment providers.

By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping.

Production and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

Refunds or replacements are offered only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, and must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence.

All content on this site, including logos, designs, images, text, and graphics, is the property of M.O Studio and may not be used without permission.
